alistair sawday special places to stay in france::The welcome package made us feel so much at home and was a wonderful start to our week in normandy.
We had a tire problem with our rental car and i was really at a loss as to what to do.
Roger to the rescue.
All was fixed with little fuss except time spent by roger to help and many miles to retrieve a new tire.
I wonder how many folks would be so accomodating?
The property was as advertisedtop notch and the grounds were wonderful with the birds and bunnies.
The convenient location made all our trips quite easy, whether we were going to the d day beaches or up to cherbourg to the cite de mer.
We went to numerous restaurants and never had a bad experience.
For families with youngsters this is is a wonderful location being so close to excellent beaches.
The only negative feature was many stairs and my wifes knee problems.
Perhaps les sources 11 would be the better choice for folks that are somewhat handicapped.
However, the sum result of our stay is entirely positive and one we would repeat without question.
Thank you, roger and sandra for a wonderful introduction to normandy.
It was aholiday we will long remember.
